How do I acquire a plot from any of your estates?
Visit www.rpl.ng to create an account. Get the layout plan of your desired estate and choose your desired plot. You can check www.rpl.ng/status to see available plots. Log into your created account to fund your wallet, then you can order for your desired plot. You can contact our customer service for assistance if needed.
What are the sizes of your plot and do I pay same amount for all sizes?
Our plot sizes range from 450sqm – 950sqm. The higher the size, the higher the cost, as we sell per sqm.
Which account am I to pay into?
When you create an account on our website www.rpl.ng, our system will assign a unique account number to you where all your payments are to be made. The account name would either be RAOLAK PROPERTIES LIMITED OR WWW.RPL.NG, ensure you pay only to that account. Don’t pay cash to anyone or send fund to anyone’s account number, not even our agents.
Can I pay in installment?
Yes, you can start with minimum of 10% of the total cost and the balance shall be splitted into batches of 3 months each. i.e you must have paid up to 25% of the total price within the first three months if you're on the 1 year plan or you must have paid up to 50% within the first 3 months if you're on 6 months plan
What happens if I am unable to complete my payment within my payment plan duration?
There will be an additional 30 days with a charge of 5% on the balance. If you still don't meet up after the 30 days, the transaction will be automatically cancelled and you will be refunded less 40% administrative charge.
Can I take possession of my chosen plot after making part payment?
With part payment, your chosen plot is reserved for you within your payment plan duration. You are not allowed to construct or build anything on the plot until full payment is made.
After full payment, must I commence construction immediately?
You can commence construction anytime you wish once full payment is made.
What document do I get when full payment is made?
You get the Land agreement/Deed of Assignment and Perimeter Survey Plan.
Can reserved plots be purchased?
Yes, we reserve some plots for commercial activities and some residential plots for clients who are ready to build immediately after payment.
Are there commercial plots within the estate?
The estate is mainly residential, but commercial plots are available on request and availability.
Can I re-sell my plot/property?
A Subscriber can resell his/her property. However, a letter of notice of ownership transfer should be written to RAOLAK PROPERTIES LIMITED and transfer fee is applicable.
If I am on installment payment plan, and I’m no longer interested, can I get a refund?
Yes, you can get a refund however there is a strict 40% administrative fee.
